New digital access process coming to the Port of Helsingborg
Later this autumn, the Port of Helsingborg will introduce a new digital application process for access to the port area.
The new process will affect how access to the port is applied for, approved and administered. More information about how the process works will be published before it comes into operation.
Already have a valid access card?
If you already have a valid access card, you do not need to take any action at this stage.
Your current card will remain valid until its existing expiry date. Once it expires, you will use the new application process.
Access card fees
As part of the introduction of the new application process, access card fees will be introduced for most external users in accordance with the Port of Helsingborg tariff.
The new process provides a more digital, quality-assured and secure way of managing access to the port area. At the same time, security is strengthened and the management of access rights and permissions is quality assured.
The fees contribute to the administration, card management and operation of the digital access and authorisation system.
More information about the fees will be published before the new process is introduced.
